All items on this website are quality products. They are sent to you in protective packages that ensures they reach you in perfect condition.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, please return to us in the original packaging within 7 days and a refund will be arranged.
Please note that the refund does not include postage costs.
Returns Policy
If you buy anything from my site and it arrives damaged or does not work, then I will send you a replacement item as soon as I receive the faulty one back.
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly, again, I will try to fix the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item.
In both of the above cases, all packaging etc must be returned to us. In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate your not opening it unless you are sure you’d like to keep it.
Shortages or Wrong Goods Received
If you have an item missing from your order that is shown as supplied on the paper work please inform me by email sandy@cardsandgifts.com.au or phone (MOBILE: 0403894423) within 7 days or receiving your goods. My apologies if this event happens as all orders are checked thoroughly before posting to you.
