CLIP PUNCHES

Create wonderful edges & borders to your card projects with this two part punch system.
Use the clip punch to create the "notch" in your card
then the shape punch to create the shapes, then fit the shape into the "notch" and secure
Firstly, line up the clip punch on your paper and mark the edge of the punch with a pencil.
Punch the U shape i.e. clip part.
Then you line up the shape punch i.e. flower, star etc with the same pencil mark and punch out the shape.
You should have for example a flower with a u shape cut out in the middle.
You then clip this like a paper clip onto a contrasting card and this produces the contrasting shape in the middle which can then be decorated with beads, or adhesive stones etc.
You actually put the clip part of the shape behind the card you are attaching it to.
You would need to glue down each flower with a tiny amount of glue at the back of the card to hold it in place – a glue pen is best.
It actually took me a while to work it out but once I did, it looks wonderful.
