Place stencil on lighted surface (window, light box, etc.)

Position paper over stencil. The  stencil will show clearly through the card. Note: you are working on the reverse side of the card.

Using your embossing tool, press the paper firmly into the stencil along the inside edges.

No need to rub the tool over the centre of a design. Once you depress the edge of the paper, it is permanently embossed.

Lift card off the stencil, turn over and admire the beautiful, raised embossing. It's just that easy!

PIERCING OR PRICKING

Place paper/card onto pricking mat.  Place pricking stencil over the top of the paper.

Using the piercing tool, work around the stencil by punching holes through the stencil and paper.

Lift the stencil away to see your pierced design
